Airfryer Chicken Parmesan
Be sure the 2 chicken breasts are about the same size. Chicken cooks up nicely in an Airfryer. Juicy on the inside, nicely cooked on the outside.
Recipe for Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan
2 boneless chicken breasts (about an inch thick)
6 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter (or olive oil)
4 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons marinara sauce (spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce will also work)
Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Melt butter in a separate bowl.
Lightly brush butter or olive oil on both sides of chicken, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place both pieces of chicken in basket of Airfryer.
Cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip each chicken breast; top each piece with 1-1/2 tablespoons marinara sauce and 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Cook 5 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through and is no longer pink.
